ü First Uninstall QuickBooks POS from your system.

ü Open control panel > add or remove programs.

ü Now rename QBPOSDBSrv user folder placed in C:\Documents and Settings.

ü Clean login detail for the QBPOSDBSrv user.

ü Now open Run command and type UAC and press enter.

ü Choose the user Accounts and then go to user tab.

ü Select QBPOSDBSrv user and then remove this account.

ü Restart the system and reinstall the QuickBooks Point of Sale.
